Get Cold! (War)

1. Use the notes provided in class to create your own diagram/illustration of the Cold-War,  Your goal is to be able to simplify the Cold War so that the information fits on one page, is visually appealing, and effectively communicates.

Successful diagrams will include

  • 4 or more images
  • 6 or more dates & specific events
  • Some indication of change and/or continuity (Consider these techniques: use of arrows, use of space, explicit description and definition of changes or continuities)

Continuity and Change over Time: Essay Revision; Plus!

1, Based on our conference in class please revise both of your Continuity and Change over Time essays.  Have one for Wednesday and one for Friday.
2. Complete the reading summarizing industrialization.  Make notes on the reading.
3. Complete a set of notes to define SIX specific pieces of evidence for each of the six qualities of  industrialization as defined by the reading.  This means that you will have a list of 36 items.
